Primary challenge in this ERP was to analyze patients appointment history and categorize patients on basis of regularity of visits. Patients needed to be categorized in zones describing consistancy of visits. Along with patient categorization, next challenge was to digitze the accounts department, help them visualize the accounts with charts and reports. With all of these, Management needed a Realtime system to create prescription and sent it to the medcines depratment for distributing medicines to patients.
